These pictures were taken 1/10/02 at the Port
of Richmond, CA. The Quapaw and Moctobi are tied up together at the Pasha
Terminal. This is a security guard protected terminal area. The Arco
Refinery Terminal is also located here. These docks are across from
Terminal 3, Port of Richmond. All the doors are welded shut and the anchor
windlass and tow winch are enclosed as to be
protected.

1. Here is a local map of the dock (circled). The
major cross streets are Canal and Cutting in the city of Richmond,
CA. Richmond is in the San Francisco Bay (Oakland) area of
California. This is a secure dock with a security guard. It is not
accessible to the general public. 2. From this angle, Moctobi is pier side (L)
