This photo of the Moctobi
and Quapaw was taken in 1993 by Art Ramirez, USN Retired, by way of Rich
Tetrault. The photo was taken at the former Naval Station Long Beach, pier
9. In front of them is the old destroyer tender USS Prairie AD-14, which
