Welcome to OceanTugs dot Com. The purpose of this site is to honor the USS Moctobi and USS Molala and their crews. The Moctobi was the first Navy salvage ship, called a Fleet Tug,  that I served on. The USS Molala, also a Fleet Tug, was my second ship.  I was on a couple of other ships as well and you'll find mention of them here too.
